Fulfilling its ongoing mission to improve the health of the community one person as a time, Arizona Complete Health (AzCH) targets philanthropic investments toward programs, projects and organizations that can demonstrate improving community-level health outcomes. AzCH aligns those investments with internally established priorities based on areas of concern among AzCH members.
All applications for philanthropic support must align to one or more of the following priorities. Please consider both statewide priorities (health outcomes and social determinants).
Please note, AzCH does not philanthropically fund any service that would otherwise be considered a billable service under one of our health plan products. If you’re interested in providing billable services to AzCH members, please visit our Become a Provider page.

Event Sponsorships
It is AzCH’s strong preference to directly fund programming with clear outcomes aligned to our funding priorities rather than sponsor events. However, we also understand some organizations that provide vital services in the communities we serve don’t have fundraising mechanisms other than events. Event sponsorships will be considered when there isn’t an option to directly fund an outcomes-based program, especially in communities with fragile social service infrastructure. Additionally, impactful educational events and workforce development opportunities such as professional conferences or community trainings will be considered for sponsorship. Organizations and causes supported by event sponsorships must align with the AzCH funding priorities.
Applications/proposals submitted through the portal are accepted on the below timeline, reviewed monthly* by an internal committee, and awarded based on anticipated impact on priority areas and available budget.
Please note that event sponsorship requests will now require an invitation code and must also be received at minimum 60 days prior to the event start date. Applications received within 60 days will be automatically rejected.
For the invitation code or any general questions about the AzCH community reinvestment program, please contact the AzCH Community Relations Lead for your area, listed below in the Community Reinvestment Application Process section.
Applications open: January 6th, 2025
Applications close: We will post an application “Close Date” as we get closer to exhausted funds.
