AHCCCS Launches Workforce Development Executive Leadership Accelerator Series for Senior Executives at Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Provider Organizations

AHCCCS  has  teamed  with  the  Association  for  Talent  Development  (ATD),  the  foremost  global  expert  in workplace learning and development, to provide a leadership event (designed exclusively for Senior Executives) to help healthcare business leaders align organizational culture with workforce capability.

Research  indicates  investing  in  people  is  essential  and  enables  employees  to  do  their job  with confidence, leading  to  an  increase  in  employee  commitment,  retention,  productivity,  and  profitability.  Thought-provoking content from world-class speakers will help Senior Leaders create an innovative approach to leading at the intersection  of  talent  development  and  workforce  development,  which  is  the  pivotal  point  where  creating  a sustained quality work environment for the workforce happens. The series, developed specifically to address workforce development priorities, will cover the most pressing topics challenging leaders today, including the business case for talent investment, organizational culture, engagement and retention, leadership and employee development, and the rapid evolution of labor and work.

AHCCCS is paying the ATD program registration fees for eligible Arizona Medicaid providers who deliver HCBS through American Rescue Plan (ARP) federal funding.  Click here to see eligible HCBS AHCCCS provider types.
