Targeted Investments Program Update

Dear Complete Care and Care1st Providers and Staff:

AHCCCS announced CMS’ approval of the Targeted Investment 2.0 program. The program will promote population health equity and coordination of high-quality services that address each individual’s whole-person care needs. Participants will identify and create plans to address health inequities within their patient population, adopt culturally and linguistically appropriate services, and improve coordination amongst medical, behavioral health, and community-based partners.
