Upcoming Availity Live Training for Arizona Complete Health Providers

Beginning January 20, 2025 in addition to our website , you also may validate eligibility and benefits, submit claims, check claim status, submit prior authorizations, and access other Arizona Complete Health payer resources via Availity Essentials.

How to Register for a Provider Webinar in the Availity Learning Center     

  1. Log in to Availity Essentials
  2. Select Help & Training > Get Trained
  3. The Availity Learning Center should open in a new browser tab. If it does not, check your browser settings to allow for pop-ups and redirects from  Avalitlty Apps and Avalility Learning.
  4. Once you reach the Availity Learning Center in the search field, type “CD3” and the webinars above will display
  5. Select the View Course button next to the webinar
  6. Select the Enroll button

These webinars also will be recorded and posted for on-demand viewing in the ALC.
