AHCCCS Provider Enrollment Portal (APEP) Launches Aug. 31

Online training sessions offered Aug. 17-28
As of August 31, 2020, all new providers, as well as existing providers who need to update their accounts, will use the AHCCCS Provider Enrollment Portal (APEP). This online system, available 24/7, streamlines the provider enrollment process and eliminates the need for paper-based applications.
HOW TO LEARN TO USE APEP
AHCCCS has created several tools to help providers understand the new APEP system:
Facilitated training sessions are available August 17 through 28 for providers. Instructions on how to enroll in these training sessions are posted on the APEP Training Online Registration web page.
Tutorial documents are available for the following provider types:
- Facility / Agency / Organization (FAO)
- Atypical Individual
- Atypical Agency
- Group Practice
- Individual
- Modification Request
Two training videos are available, one on How to Register, and another on the Enrollment Process.
