AZCA Temporary Stop of Intakes/Referrals at Central Phoenix site

Dear Valued Providers,

This notice is to inform you that Arizona’s Children Association has temporarily stopped taking new intakes and referrals at their Central Phoenix Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic (3636 N Central Ave., Ste 300, Phoenix, AZ). This stop is currently in effect and will continue through October 1, 2021.
