Secure Provider Portal Update

Arizona Complete Health is upgrading our Secure Provider Portal. There will not be any visual changes to the portal, but after the upgrade, users will need to clear their cache in order to log on to the portal. Below are the dates of the upgrade for each line of business:

- Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache.
There may be a brief downtime after 6pm MST on the days listed above as the portal is being migrated. Downtime should be very brief and can be resolved with a quick screen refresh.
