The Provider Web Portal (PWP) now gives you the ability to run a detailed report that captures which members are assigned to you as their dental home. To run the report you must be logged into the PWP. The PWP can be accessed at https://portal.envolvedental.com/. Once logged in, follow these steps:

• Hover over the Reports menu option.

• Click on View Primary Care Assignments.

• Once you are on the Primary Care Assignments page, you may run a report based on location and provider.
