Ambetter Select Network: Referring to In-Network Providers & Facilities

Thank you for being a part of the Ambetter Select network and providing quality-focused care to our members.

As their primary care or specialist physician, you are at the heart of our members’ healthcare. They trust and rely on you to help them access appropriate, affordable, coordinated care from the right providers, at the right time. If you refer our members to an out-of-network provider or facility, they are responsible for the out-of-network charges based on their benefit plan. These costs quickly add up, especially for members who have no out-of-network benefits.

Please help your patients avoid keep their medical costs down by referring them to providers within their Ambetter Select network. Understanding it can be challenging to navigate multiple provider networks and connect patients to in-network providers and facilities, below are two methods to help you quickly access this information:

·       Search In-Network Providers via our online Ambetter Guide. Our provider directory provides a current list of our in-network providers. When searching Ambetter Guide, please be sure to choose the correct state, plan year and the “SELECT” network before searching. You can also access this tool via our provider portal.

·       Call Our Provider Call Center 866-796-0542. Our team can help you identify in-network providers and facilities.

o   CommonSpirit Health (Dignity)

o   Mayo Clinic & Hospital
