Workforce Development Programs For Eligible Home and Community-Based Services Providers

The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD) are providing two expert-led, professional development courses to eligible providers of Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS).

ATD Integrated Talent Management Certificate Program is designed for workforce development professionals, HR professionals, or leaders actively involved in workforce development activities to help create and implement effective workforce development strategies that will lead to high-quality service delivery.                            

ATD Training and Facilitation Certificate Program is one of ATD’s most popular train-the-trainer offerings, and helps new and seasoned trainers become learner-centric facilitators who apply the skills of an engaging and effective trainer.

AHCCCS is asking for your assistance in making sure that as many provider organizations as possible are able to participate in these unique training and education opportunities. Please share these opportunities to your professional networks.

AHCCCS is covering the cost of these programs for your continued education. There is no limit on the number of attendees per organization. Cancellations and/or transfers to another session must be submitted in writing three business days prior to the start of the program to customercare@td.org.
