Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan has partnered with Heirloom Farmers Markets to provide easier access to nutritious, locally grown food to Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan members.
Every enrolled Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan member is eligible to receive one <$20> voucher booklet redeemable for fresh food items at any of the five Heirloom Farmers Markets located across Southern Arizona. This program is at no cost to our valued members!

“The Store” is a small grocery store created for the community, but also serves as a food pantry. Anyone can pick up food items for the number of people within their household. Food can be picked up at The Store on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am-5pm.
