Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan is partnering with Heirloom Farmers Markets to make sure our members in Tucson get the food they need to stay healthy and strong. More than one in every ten people in Tucson don't have enough food to eat. It can be hard for them to find healthy and nutritious meals.

Starting on October 1, 2023, if you're a member of Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan, you can get $20 in vouchers to buy delicious and healthy food at any Southern Arizona Heirloom Farmers Market, see participating locations below. These markets have lots of tasty fruits, veggies, and more. See below to find out where and when the markets are happening. It's a great way to get fresh and nutritious food while being a part of something special!

Bring your Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan member ID card to the Market Information Booth at any of the Heirloom Farmers Market locations to receive your $20 Heirloom Farmers Market voucher book.

*Only Arizona Complete Health-Complete Care Plan Members receive a voucher book. One voucher book, per member. All voucher books expire September 30, 2024.
