IMPORTANT NOTICE:
New ID Card – Affects Pharmacy Benefits
As of January 1, 2024, we will be working with Express Scripts to manage our pharmacy benefits.
This change means you will need a new ID card for 2024.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO NOW:
- Keep using your current ID card until January 1, 2024. Do not use your new card yet – it won’t work before January 1, 2024.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO ON JANUARY 1, 2024:
- Start using your new card on this date. You will need the new card to get your prescription drugs. Throw away your old ID card on that date.
- Make sure your pharmacy is still in our network. You can check this on our website. Use our “Find a Network Pharmacy” tool. Or you can call Customer Service. The number is on your ID card.
- Make sure your medication is still covered under our formulary. You can do this by using our website. Use the “Drug List” section. Or you can call Customer Service. The phone number is on your ID card.
Please keep your ID card with you at all times. Think of your ID card as your key to using your benefits.
